Despite our thorough search of Castle Oblivion and its surroundings, we have yet to find Numbers III and IV. However, we believe that we now have a lead. Because Number II had used a rather. . . frightening yet persuasive method on a fish merchant, it's possible they are somewhere in Halloween town, hopping from graveyard to graveyard.
Since there are many graveyards, however, it will take some time and it's possible that they could have moved on by the time we searched even 5 of them. We ask that you send some reinforcements so we can at least find less than 7000 possible hiding spots for the two.
We hope you are well and ask that you remember that you're not supposed to put more than 5 sardines in one sandwich. Doctor's orders.
