I have taken the liberty to limit VIII's power. As you know, he has been acting reckless with manipulating time, and the last thing we need is for him to mess up the space-time continuum. He now cannot use the full extent of his powers, nor can he do so for long durations of time. I feel this is for the best. And I assure you it was not an act of jealousy. Maybe one day you'll understand.
