"Hey Max. Can I talk to you? Out in the garden?" She looked at me uneasily. To be honest, I was a little uneasy myself. I didn't want to be the one to do it, but Nexan's orders and she had some valid points.
"Yeah, I guess." We walked out to the garden. I had been nurturing it like crazy and it was finally starting to look good, the only thing that just wouldn't grow? Sunflowers. Guess that was to be expected though.
"You all right? You've been acting funny the past couple of days. Nexan asked me to talk to you. I waited a little, but after last night, well, your nightmares and screaming woke me up." I shuddered. everything was amplified due to my powers.
"Yeah. I guess, I don't feel any different than normal." She was lying. I could see it in her face, they way she didn't look at me, and the shifting from foot to foot.
"Your lying to me and I can tell." She looked up, eyes expressionless.
"Can we just drop it? Just for now? I'm really tired. I didn't get much sleep, as you heard. Please?"
"Fine. Tomorrow. This is not over." She gave me a look of utter relief.
"Thanks." She gave me a small smile. And then ran back in the castle. I'm so weak, I just let her go, because she gave me puppy eyes. WTF?
Ten years after Organization XIII fell, the peace was disturbed. Four friends rose from the ashes of the once grand Organization with one goal in mind: defeat Sora once and for all! We shall see to it that our story is told. How we started from nothing, and became great. And we will tell it as it happens, for Organization IV has not been official for long. We must remain hidden... we mustn't be found... and yet we must grow strong...
